We are sad to announce the death of Canon Tom Smith on Friday, 03 June. Tom was a much loved member of the Cathedral congregation and clergy, and his friendship and spiritual care will be greatly missed.

A talented crafter in our congregation, Dawn Saunders, has delivered another batch of cloth lunch bags for The Lunch Connection in Saint John! Dawn has sewn many bags for the use of children in the school lunch service in Saint John, after an appeal by the Diocese of Fredericton and Inner City Youth Ministry earlier this year. NOVEMBER OUTREACH - Fifty people in need received goodie bags containing fresh fruit and homemade baking, canned goods and $10 gift cards from the Cathedral Outreach Committee on Monday, November 28th. The next such event will take place on December 19th, and the committee would appreciate any donations of individually-wrapped chocolates or candy canes for the treat bags.
