AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) for emergency use are accessible in both of our buildings. In the Cathedral, the AED is hung on the back wall, near the refreshment area. In Memorial Hall, an AED has been placed in the kitchen, on top of the First Aid box on the wall near the dishwasher. Please spend a few minutes watching the demo videos on our website. On Fridays during Lent, we're praying the Stations of the Cross. It is customary in many places to "make the Stations" each Friday, but you can of course choose any time. We'll be walking the Stations inside at the Cathedral at noontime on Fridays through Lent -- please come along to any one or more of those remaining sessions. It takes aproximately 45 minutes and is a lovely thing to do in-person with a small group - join us at least once this Lent!
