On Good Friday, two worship opportunities will be available in the Cathedral. (1) A Celebration of the Lord’s Passion will be held at 10:00 a.m. This family-friendly service will feature an element of Godly Play and will last approximately one hour.(2) The Three Hours' Agony (Tre Ore) is worship traditionally held on Good Friday from Noon until 3:00 p.m. to commemorate the three hours on the Cross. Seven homilies are on the seven last words. This year the Cathedral is hosting the Three Hours with seven preachers each addressing one of the ‘words,’ a “harmonized” reading of the four Gospel accounts of the Passion, prayers, silence, hymns and other music by the Cathedral Choir. You are warmly and cordially invited -- or to any segment(s) thereof! If you are making your way in or out during the course of worship, waiting to do so during a hymn will help honour the overall quiet and solemn nature of the occasion. We hope that you with gather with us. ✝
