How much time do you spend on your phone each day? (Adults, this a question for you, too! 😉). The Digital Detox guide for #ThyKingdomCome will help you put down your phone for a few minutes each day and center yourself around connecting with God. Download resources for adults or youth: https://www.thykingdomcome.global/digital-detox An excerpt from the introduction: "What this devotional is, is an encouragement to be still. We find stillness is much easier without distractions. We’ve noticed that we’re definitely easily distracted! So, for us, and maybe for you too, trying to be focused on spending time with God and the Bible each day, requires us to intentionally reduce distractions. In this case, our phones. So, as you do this devotional, lay down your devices, grab a pencil/pen and take some time to rest, away from the relentless notifications of life."
